Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted, or commercially impractical.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Caterpax is not responsible for packages delivered to addresses provided incorrectly during checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us promptly.

Claims involving damaged shipments may require:

  • Photographs of the package and contents
  • Retention of packaging materials
  • Additional information requested by the carrier

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Caterpax is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For cross-border shipments, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.

These fees are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Caterpax has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.

Partial Shipments

To improve delivery times, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is fulfilled in multiple shipments.

Delivery Refusal

If a shipment is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, any return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, or related expenses may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Shipping Restrictions
