RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Caterpax, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible products that are:

  • Unused;
  • Unopened;
  • In their original packaging;
  • In resalable condition.

Proof of purchase may be required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened fuel products;
  • Used fuel products;
  • Partially consumed products;
  • Products damaged after delivery;
  • Clearance or final sale items;
  • Custom or special-order products;
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Any item returned that does not meet return eligibility requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Photographs of the product;
  • Photographs of the packaging if applicable.

Upon verification, Caterpax may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product;
  • Issue a full refund;
  • Issue store credit;
  • Provide another appropriate resolution.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, customers must contact Caterpax for return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective;
  • The item was damaged during transit;
  • The wrong item was shipped by Caterpax.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Caterpax is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return results from our error.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

Chargebacks
