These are definitely professional quality — I've been around a lot of these over the years and these are as nice as any I've used. They work perfectly and are the perfect size for catering trays, made of solid easy to clean metal. They do what they should without any trouble. These will last for years to come.

Even though they aren't foldable, they stack nicely and don't take up too much space when stored.
